Refund policy

Returns

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your Sustainabl. products ("Products")  to request a return. We can only accept returns for faulty, defective or damaged Products or if you receive the wrong Products or the wrong quantity of Products.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any problems so we evaluate the issue and make it right for you asap. 

To be eligible for a return, your Products must be in the same condition that you received them in, unused and in their original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@sustainablplanet.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned Products and let you know if the refund was approved or not, and if approved issue a "return authorisation" number ("RA"). Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We are under no obligation to accept returns of Products unless required by law.

Products to be returned must have a returns authorisation number ("RA number") clearly visible on the outside of the package and the Products must be in a saleable condition acceptable to us. We only accept complete cartons of Products for returns, with no items missing.

Approved Product returns must be returned to us within 5 days of the RA number being issued or the Products will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.

Refunds or Replacement

If your return is accepted we will, at our option, either refund or replace the relevant Products. If approved. Please remember it can take some time for us to deliver replacement Products. Please also note that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post any refunds.
